3 exercises for building toned abs
To develop a six pack, you need to know the fact that if you have fat around your stomach area then it is very hard to see your abs. In this state, you need to focus on losing fat by improving your diet, follow a structured cardio program and starting a weightlifting program.
These following exercises can help tone and develop your abs.
V- Situps
Sit on ground and lie on your back. Make straight your legs and raise your arms overhead. Raise your feet with your knees straight a little bit. Then, simultaneously raise your legs up and sit up with your upper body.
In fact, this exercise is a combination of a crunch and a leg raise. You should touch your toes with your fingers or else you should try to come close. Then reverse the motion and come back to the starting position.
Hanging Leg Raises
When you are doing this workout, your feet should not touch the floor. So you need a pull up bar to do this workout. You just simply hang from the bar with your arms straight. Then bend your knees and bring them close to your chest. Bring them as high as possible you can.
Ab Wheel Rollouts
Kneel down on the flat surface with the ab wheel in front of you. Then hold the handles of the ab wheel and roll the wheel as far away from you as possible.

Well in my experience 6 pack abs won’t happen overnight! It will take a good combination of exercise and dieting. I have had the most success by dropping steady state cardiovascular exercise and instead doing high intensity interval exercises plus combining that with kettlebells. The change in my diet program had the largest change in fat levels for me, I went for the high protein diet used in the Paleo eating plan, this has dropped my body fat levels to below 10% which finally exposed my abdominals, it does take effort but its worth it in the end!
