Fit phone is a iPhone based workout log. It provides an easy way of keeping track of all your workouts and your progress. Although personally I prefer the old school method of notebook and pencil this a good app. It features include:

  • Create custom workouts based on name, date, or exercises.
  • Enter results by weight/rep or time based exercises.
  • Preloaded with exercises or add your own.
  • Copy old workouts to create new ones, and fill in workout sets
  • Email results to include in spreadsheets.
