Abdominal fat loss - Make it easier than it seems
The hardest part of the body to shed pounds from is the abdominal area. Abdominal fat loss is very hard to maintain and it takes a very strict diet and exercise plan. It is important that you understand that it does not have to be so hard.
There are 3 specific exercises that help to target the abdominal area. There are also ways to diet without feeling like you are giving up all of your favorite foods.
Exercise regularly
First and it is so common sense you are going to hate me, but start running. There is no better exercise to help you lose fat around your stomach than running. You should work up to at least 3 thirty minute runs a week. This will allow you to trim that body fat faster and it will actually boost your energy level too.
Second start doing abdominal exercises like crunches. There are plenty of different types of crunches that you can do to build your abdominal muscles. When you lose the fat from around your stomach, these will show through and look great.
Third start doing a lot of aerobic exercise. When you do exercise that makes you sweat you burn a lot of fat. This is a great way to burn fat around your stomach and flatten those abs.
Keep your diet simple
You need to keep your eating habits simple. Try to eat things in their natural raw form whenever possible. It is good to eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Food in a raw natural form is better for your body and contains more nutrients than cooked or processed foods. Make sure your diet contains ‘healthy fats’. These fat come from fish, nuts, seeds and olive oil - they can in fact promote fat burning. Drink green tea. Green tea is a natural fat burner.
Now you have some simple secrets to help you lose that unwanted abdominal fat. I know they seem like such common sense and they really are, but they work. It is amazing that the most simple things are sometimes the best for us.

I’ve been “Somersizing” for six weeks and have lost 23 pounds! The recipes are great, and I don’t miss starches and sugar at all!
