It will take a good combination of exercise and dieting. I have had the most success by dropping steady state cardiovascular exercise and instead doing high intensity interval exercises plus combining that with kettlebells. The change in my diet program had the largest change in fat levels for me, I went for the high protein diet used in the Paleo eating plan, this has dropped my body fat levels to below 10% which finally exposed my abdominals, it does take effort but its worth it in the end!Well in my experience 6 pack abs won’t happen overnight!
